Medical oncologists on staff at Rush North Shore work together with radiation oncologists, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, psychiatrists, plastic surgeons, advanced practice nurses and other professionals to provide a customized treatment plan that works for you. We also offer an array of support services and palliative care for patients and their families that are coming to terms with advanced, incurable cases of cancer.

But first, prevention and screening is key. As a vital part of our oncology program, we offer ongoing educational lectures and screening programs for all members of the community. We also offer specialized genetic counseling for those who may be at risk for types of inherited cancer, such as breast and ovarian cancers.
