THE WOMEN'S BOARD OF RUSH NORTH SHORE MEDICAL CENTER
Mission
In 2000, a group of committed women came together to develop the outlines of a new organization for the next century–a Women’s Board. Since its establishment, The Women’s Board has been working in collaboration with the hospital’s Board of Trustees to:
- Promote the Medical Center’s leading-edge clinical programs and strategic initiatives,
- Sponsor community health and wellness programs and screenings and serve as liaison between the medical center and the community, and
- Provide critically needed philanthropic support to enhance the medical center’s ability to fulfill its mission.
The Women’s Board is empowered to have a real impact on the mission of the Medical Center by promoting leading-edge clinical programs, sponsoring community health programs, and raising critically needed funds. It also provides women with an opportunity to serve in key leadership roles and enhance their skills in a meaningful community-service environment.
Annual Dues
- Member $50
- Contributing Member $150
- Sustaining Member $500
- Patron Member $1050 Includes membership in the Chairman's Circle, Rush North Shore Medical Center's Leadership Donor Society.
Annual Membership Commitment
As a member of The Women's Board, you will be asked to make the following service commitments:
- Attend at least one of The Women's Board's semi-annual meetings
- Serve on a committee and/or attend one annual fundraising event
- Pay dues
